Jacob is your subjective mind that envisions a better life. 

Clothed in a thought far removed from the toil and the strife.

Not only does he see it, he feels as though it’s absolutely true. 

Acting in such a way that his life and ways are made anew.

Esau is the outer mind that is dwelling on what was made.

The past is made once again in the foundations already laid.

Blind to hopes of what could be, locked in his own sinew.

Gave away his blessings, his creative power he never knew.

The house that is divided, is you dwelling in a double mind.

This looking back will never answer prayers, you’ll find.

Imagine only what you want for yourself or for another.

Honor imagination and faith, they’re Father and your Mother.

 Choose this day who you will be in the realm of your thinking.

Place your foot upon waters, with no thought of ever sinking.

Act as though you are one that can calm the stormy seas.

Be already that and claim “I am” now, without the pleas.
